I can't get them to play, only some will even give me the watch program button, than if it downloads, will start playing for about 10 seconds, the video will freeze, but . will keep going, then the . will replay 3-4 times, than freeze up and the time meter will go to zero,

Will trying to get this to start many times, my history is flooded with the same episode . How do you delete the history?

Looks like one problem, the download time keeps going to 1 or 2 kb/sec, when it catches up to the download, it freezes

It's sad to hear you're facing some troubles with it.
In order to help you it appreciated if you share some more details,
please specify: What is the device you are on, Os, App ., movie title(s), internet quality(Country, provider(if eligible))or at least real internet test speed results.
More info you granted faster it will be checked and therefore get fixed.

the Hobbit: there and back again (load in double screen)

these movies are fake torrents or something like that, no internet problems etc etc all others work smooth

, tested on pc and android

the movie "shine" (claroscuro in spanish ) was listed a few months ago and now is gone

I don't have any real problems with other movies, On OZ, you can't watch all the episodes, only a few, and they just download real slow.

I have two HP laptops: one is Win 8.1 with PT 5.1 the other Win 7 with PT 5.0 - on both PCs, Gracepoint doesn't load at all, stays at 0% - and Nikita, Season one episode 1, only goes to 3%
