Time remaining digits in strange language

Hey there.

As you see in the picture attached, the time digits are in strange language - Lao to be exact. This language has nothing to do with my . or language of the pc and ., it's completely random.

-PT 6.1.0, Dell laptop, Windows 10
-Bug happening on everything - movies and tv shows
- screenshot attached
Reinstalling PT didn't help.

Probably kind of some font encoding format error. Try to clear Cache folders at C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Local\.
