- What . # of PT are you using? On what device? What OS . is it running? ie. win 7
- Is this bug happening on everything you try to watch? Movies and TV shows?
- Can you attach a screen shot? (If it's something that can be captured).

PT Not Displaying Properly

About a month ago PT suddenly stopped working properly. I can open it but nothing displays until I scroll down and even then all the items are listed in a single file line up and down. I have cleared my cookies and my cache. I have tried to run the program as an admin. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program. I am running a Windows 10 Pro Custom Build Desktop behind a VPN. I even changed the VPN Server several times. And yes I have restarted the computer also. I have attempted to install an earlier build but get the same result.

ok, let's try to:
1. remove folders from
1.1 c:\Users\YOURUSER\Downloads\.\
1.2 c:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Local\.\
1.3 c:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Local\PopcornTimeDesktop\
1.4 c:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Local\Temp\setup_5523.exe (any other file with PT icon)
2. uninstall current PT .
3. restart your PC
4. install the latest PT . from https://getpopcorntime.is

more thoughts:
1. uninstall Google Chrome (and default web browser)
2. use CCleaner to clean the system and registry trash files
3. install browser back again
4. update drivers of the video card
