- What . # of PT are you using? On what device? What OS . is it running? ie. win 7
- Is this bug happening on everything you try to watch? Movies and TV shows?
- Can you attach a screen shot? (If it's something that can be captured).

Lag issue

Every single movie I play stutters and lags constantly to the point where it’s not watchable.

My gpu is a radeon 580x and i got 8gb of ram on Windows

I already uninstalled and reinstalled it like 6 times, all 6 times being the latest . (6.2.1.14) and still nothing. It cant be my wifi since they download at around 10000 kb/s

You can try to remove cache folder, which located C:\Users\%YourUser%\AppData\Local\PopcornT1me
