- What . # of PT are you using? On what device? What OS . is it running? ie. win 7
- Is this bug happening on everything you try to watch? Movies and TV shows?
- Can you attach a screen shot? (If it's something that can be captured).

i cant get to step 2, i dont know why.

I should add that it goes over to step 2 immediately on my phone but the issue is on my ipad

I am also stuck at step1 on my IPad air(IPad os14).seems it is not detecting my IPAD.connected to windows 10 pc.
Any . ??
