Problem with stalled downloading.

I went to watch a movie, an old movie, that have few seeds and peers in it, but it still works.
I also did a thing of opening four . ., downloading the movie in each one of them, which makes the first downloading process goes faster. Then there's the second downloading process the ''stalled'' one, that starts with 4000 or 3000 Kb/s, making the blue bar go forward fast. But then when the blue bar is in the middle, the speed drops to 19 or 13 Kb/s and doesn't get higher than that. Need some help.
