ive got the same problem my screen is black cant see the movies how do i fix this ? please help me or email me shot_kall@hotmail.com laptop HP . i think 2015 windows 8 or 9

the buttons dont work sir, is nvidia necceasary ? maybe i deleted some that it dont work cause my whole screen is black and the buttons dont work either on .
