- What . # of PT are you using? On what device? What OS . is it running? ie. win 7
- Is this bug happening on everything you try to watch? Movies and TV shows?
- Can you attach a screen shot? (If it's something that can be captured).
- Is your internet . stable?
- Did you try to run . as an Administrator?
- Did you try this on another device?
- Did you try this on another internet .?
- Did you try it on wifi and cable?
**The . are just for guidance, no need to answer all of them if not applicable, but the more detail you give us regarding this issue you're having, the easier it'll be for us to reproduce it and fix it! So start spilling...
3. If the issue you're experiencing is on desktop, report it on the "everything desktop" sub-forum. If the issue you're experiencing is on mobile, please report it on the "everything mobile" sub-forum.

IDK what to do, new version
I downloaded the new . but i haven"t been able to watch any movie because of these two problems i keep running into.
1. download stalled.
2. when the download is not stalled the screen on which the movie is played (not the entire screen just the movie screen) will split in a diagonal and the 2 halves show on 1 screen. I've tried on any movie and or TV show it's the same on all.
Please help i'm very bored thanks to this lock-down. Thank you!

try to clear cache folder C:\Users\%YourUser%\AppData\Local\PopcornT1me
and update drivers for your videocard

Hi there, I´m having the same problem with the split screen:

I've just installed the last . available and using it for the first time in my desktop.
Have you seen this before?? There is a way to solve this issue??

try to update drivers for video card, and reinstall app, should helps
