2. ANSWER THAT FOLLOWING (THE ONES THAT ARE APPLICABLE) . IN YOUR POST:
- What . # of PT are you using? On what device? What OS . is it running? ie. win 7
- Is this bug happening on everything you try to watch? Movies and TV shows?
- Can you attach a screen shot? (If it's something that can be captured).
- Is your internet . stable?
- Did you try to run . as an Administrator?
- Did you try this on another device?
- Did you try this on another internet .?
- Did you try it on wifi and cable?
**The . are just for guidance, no need to answer all of them if not applicable, but the more detail you give us regarding this issue you're having, the easier it'll be for us to reproduce it and fix it! So start spilling...

Hello, good morning/night.

Since the last two month my . app has been showing some issues everytime I try to download one or more movies. The app puts my tablet slow, connect and disconnect it from wifi, blocks and unblocks it, and sometimes don't let me use the tablet at all; and I'm forced to restart the tablet everytime I try to download a movie (or more).

Other trouble is that I start downloading a movie and I leave it for seven or even eight hours, and when I go to check, the movie never downloads, or downloads with the wrong subtitles.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A6 with Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop). The app month ago used to work perfectly, when the problem begun I uninstalled the app and installed it again, and nothing, all the problems persisted.

I really love this app and I would really love to get a new . update with all this bugs fixed. Thank you for taking your time and reading this, please fix this soon :? .

kinda stranger things... Maybe you have installed/updated some other app(s) also that are `fighting` for the system resources and slowing down your tablet?
Maybe unstable internet . doesn't allow to download file completely.
For example, once WiFi signal lost and than back again - video trying to continue downloading and fails...
Specify the app . you are using?

Yes, it's very weird and everything was okay until I uninstalled the app and installed it again the day that subtitles stopped working:

After that day the app never worked the same. I don't know why :| . The . I'm using is Android Beta 3.2.0, and usually my internet . is stable.

I wouldn't know if it's another app(s) because that's the only movie app I'm having trouble with. Netflix it's working fine, and no other app(s) connects and disconnects the . slow down my tablet while I'm downloading. What's wrong with me :oops: :oops: :oops: :( !!?

1. Try to install the latest . at the moment 3.2.2
2. Tap on 'Without subtitles' and . dialog must appear
